これは、マイク・ポートノイ（d）、ロン・“バンブルフット”・サール（g）、ジェフ・スコット・ソート（vo）が“Voices Of Apollo”と名づけたリモート・セッションによるパフォーマンスで、サンズ・オブ・アポロのFacebook公式アカウントに投稿されたもの。3人がヴォーカルを取りながら、演奏を重ねている。

ポートノイは自身のInstagramでも「“quarantine collaborations”＝（感染拡大防止のための）隔離されたコラボレーションの1つ」だと投稿。自宅の一室でレコード・コレクションに囲まれながら、TAMA Silverstarの3点セットというシンプルなセッティングから味わい深いビートを鳴らしている。

また、彼はこの新型コロナウイルスによる外出自粛期間もSNSなどで盛んに活動。YouTubeへの動画投稿の他、セイビアンの公式アカウントでは今年のWinter NAMMでお披露目となった“Graphics Cymbals”がポートノイ宅に届いた様子も見ることができる。
